Bed to Frame Mounting Hardware Kit - 32pcs 2 Long Bolts 6 Short Bolts - 73-87 Chevy GMC C/K Squarebody Pickup Truck - Fleetside. This kit is designed to replace your factory hardware and includes 8 OE style carriage bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts. Works with Short Bed or Long Bed models.
The 2 long bolts measure: 10 5/8" long - If you have the 2 longer bolts configuration, please measure your bolts to ensure these are correct for your application.
Note: GM never specified which trucks needed the 2 long / 6 short bolt kit or which trucks used the all ‘short’ bolt kit. Check your application before ordering to ensure you order the kit you need. See related items below for optional kit.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
