This DWL 2110 48' weatherstrip prevents water, dust, wind, and road noise from entering the cabin while protecting door edges from wear and corrosion. Made for common left-hand door channels, it delivers long-lasting performance, UV and ozone resistance, and a simple fit for restoration or replacement projects.

Instructions:
- Remove the existing weatherstrip and any old adhesive or debris from the door channel using a trim tool and cleaner.
- Wipe the channel thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and a clean rag; allow to dry completely.
- Test-fit the new 48" left-hand seal in the door channel to confirm orientation and length. Trim excess if necessary.
- If adhesive is required, apply a thin, even bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the channel or back of the seal according to the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions.
- Press the weatherstrip firmly into the channel, starting at one end and working to the other; ensure the bulb and flange seat evenly without twists or gaps.
- Secure the seal with masking tape or clamps while the adhesive cures (if used).
- Trim any excess material and check door operation and panel alignment; readjust as needed for an even sealing contact.
- Allow adhesive to fully cure before exposing to moisture or heavy use (refer to adhesive cure times).
