This 12-volt gauge cluster assembly is designed for 1954–1955 Chevrolet Pickup and Suburban models, including 1955 First Series (1st Series) trucks on the Advance Design platform that have been converted to V8 power. Manufactured as an OEM-style replacement for restoration and restomod applications, this assembly provides instrumentation compatible with 12-volt electrical systems commonly used in V8 conversions. The cluster features a 0–220°F temperature gauge and a 0–60 PSI oil pressure gauge with white needles for clear visibility while maintaining a factory-style appearance within the original dash housing. Engineered for proper fitment in 1954–1955 (1st Series) Chevy truck dashboards, this unit allows accurate monitoring of critical engine functions in V8-swapped Advance Design applications.

Our panels are made from proper gauge steel and include all correct-as-original clips, tabs, flanges, bends and seams. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
