This 6-volt gauge cluster assembly is designed for 1954–1955 Chevrolet Pickup and Suburban models, including 1955 First Series (1st Series) trucks on the Advance Design platform. Manufactured as an OEM-style replacement for classic restoration, this assembly maintains compatibility with original 6-volt electrical systems while restoring factory-style instrumentation and appearance. The cluster features a 0–220°F temperature gauge and a 0–30 PSI oil pressure gauge with white needles for proper visibility and period-correct styling. Our panels are made from proper gauge steel and include all correct-as-original clips, tabs, flanges, bends and seams. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
