This glovebox door kit is an OEM-style replacement designed for classic restoration of 1955 second series through 1959 Chevrolet and GMC Pickup and Suburban models. Manufactured as an exact-fit reproduction, this complete kit includes the glovebox door, hinge, retaining straps, and required hardware to restore proper fit, function, and appearance of the original dash-mounted glovebox assembly. Designed for direct bolt-on installation, it restores factory-correct operation and alignment on Chevy and GMC Task Force trucks, making it suitable for stock restorations where accuracy and completeness are required.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
