This fan shroud is an OEM-style replacement designed for 1973–1977 Chevrolet and GMC C/K pickups and SUVs equipped with small block V8 engines. Correct for Squarebody-era C/K applications, this shroud installs between the radiator and engine to properly direct airflow through the radiator core, improving cooling efficiency and helping maintain proper engine operating temperatures. Manufactured as an exact-fit reproduction, it matches original factory dimensions, contours, and mounting points for proper fit and factory-correct appearance. This fan shroud is correct for C/K pickups, Suburban, Blazer, and Jimmy models, excluding 1975–1977 Blazer and Jimmy vehicles equipped with the 400 cubic inch small block.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
