This radiator drain petcock is an OEM-style replacement designed for 1962–1966 Chevrolet Chevy II and Nova models, 1964–1967 Chevrolet Chevelle and El Camino models on the GM A-Body platform, and 1948–1957 Chevrolet and GMC Pickup and Suburban trucks. Manufactured to factory specifications, this component restores proper coolant draining function at the radiator base during maintenance and service. Ideal for classic restoration or routine cooling system service, it provides a factory-style appearance and operation consistent with original equipment applications across GM passenger car and truck platforms of the era.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
