This transfer case lever boot is an OEM-style replacement designed for 1973–1978 Chevrolet and GMC 4WD C/K Pickup, Blazer, Jimmy, and Suburban models equipped with the NP203 full-time transfer case. Applications include 1973–1975 V8-equipped models and 1976–1978 automatic transmission (A/T) applications using the NP203 transfer case. Designed for Squarebody 4x4 truck platforms, including K10 and K20 models where equipped, this boot seals the floor opening around the transfer case shift lever to help reduce noise, heat, and debris intrusion. Manufactured to factory specifications for material and shape, it supports proper interior sealing and restoration-correct appearance in original full-time 4WD configurations.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
