This transfer case lever boot is an OEM-style replacement designed for 1981–1986 Chevrolet and GMC C/K 4WD Pickup, Blazer, Jimmy, and Suburban models and 1987–1991 R/V series 4WD trucks equipped with the NP208 transfer case. Applicable to Squarebody K10 and K20 platforms where equipped, this boot seals the floor opening around the transfer case shift lever to help reduce noise, heat, and debris intrusion into the cab. Manufactured to factory specifications for material and configuration, it supports proper interior sealing and maintains factory-style appearance in NP208-equipped 4x4 applications. Intended for restoration and service replacement use on original-style manual-shift transfer case systems.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
