This left-hand clear door glass with lower sash is an OEM-style replacement designed for 1960–1963 Chevrolet and GMC C/K pickup and Suburban models equipped with frameless door glass. Manufactured as an exact-fit reproduction, this glass matches the original thickness, shape, and edge contours for proper fit within the door and correct operation with the factory window regulator and tracks. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
