Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground and disconnect the battery for safety if needed.
- Remove interior cargo door trim panel: pry out retainers and remove screws/bolts securing the panel, working carefully to avoid damage.
- Detach any window regulator components, molding, or hardware that secure the old glass. Note hardware locations for reassembly.
- With gloves and suction cups, remove the damaged or existing glass from the door frame. If glass is broken, clear all fragments and vacuum the area thoroughly.
- Clean the glass channel and mounting surfaces with a clean rag and isopropyl alcohol. Inspect and replace any worn seals or gaskets.
- Position the new tempered glass (right-hand) into the door frame at the correct angle, guiding it into the channel. Use suction cups for safe handling and control.
- Reattach the regulator and mounting hardware, adjusting glass alignment as necessary so it seals properly and operates smoothly.
- Secure all fasteners to factory torque specs (use thread locker where appropriate) and test the window for correct movement and fit.
- Reinstall the interior trim panel and all retainers, then perform a final check for leaks and proper sealing by closing the door and checking alignment.
