Instructions:

- Test-fit new glass: position the new tempered glass into the lower channel to confirm fit and alignment before applying adhesive or seal.
- Install new weatherstrip/seal: apply weatherstrip adhesive or fresh seal to the channel as needed, and seat the glass fully into the seal ensuring an even perimeter contact.
- Secure glass and reattach hardware: fasten any retaining clips or regulator bolts, and verify the glass sits square and operates (if applicable).
- Reinstall door panel and trim: replace interior components, fasteners and any removed hardware.
