Precision Small Rear Window Glass 1036 T GTN is a tempered, green-tinted replacement glass designed for small rear window applications. Installation / Application:

Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground and wear safety gear. Protect interior with drop cloths.
- Remove interior trim and any molding around the old glass using trim tools to expose the pinchweld.
- Carefully cut and remove the old adhesive and glass. Use suction cups for safe handling if removing intact pieces. Vacuum debris from the pinchweld.
- Clean the pinchweld thoroughly with a razor scraper and solvent (isopropyl alcohol) to remove old adhesive, dirt, and oils. Allow to dry.
- Apply primer to the pinchweld and to any designated bonding surface on the new glass per adhesive manufacturer's instructions. Let primer flash as directed.
- Load urethane adhesive into the caulking gun and apply a continuous, even bead around the pinchweld surface following the vehicle manufacturer's bead profile.
- With a suction cup lifter, position the new glass into the opening from the outside. Align carefully and press the glass into the adhesive, seating it fully along the bead.
- Secure glass in place with light taping or clamps as needed to maintain position while adhesive cures. Reinstall any exterior or interior trim after initial set.
- Allow adhesive to cure for the time recommended by the adhesive manufacturer (commonly 24 hours) before driving the vehicle.
- Reinstall interior trim and clean the glass. Check for proper seal and leaks after cure; re-torque or reseat trim if necessary.
