  • Durable metal housing with quality mirror glass for clear, long-lasting visibility.
  • Includes mounting hardware and gasket for a secure, weather-resistant installation.
  • OE-style appearance restores the truck’s original exterior look during restorations.
  • Adjustable mirror head allows precise aiming to reduce blind spots and improve safety.
  • Simple bolt-on replacement to fix damaged mirrors or complete restoration builds.
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 2/5
  • Estimated time: 30 minutes
Suggested Tools:
  • Phillips screwdriver or trim tool
  • Ratchet and socket set (commonly 7/16" or 11mm)
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Torque wrench (optional)
  • Clean cloth and mild cleaner
  • Gasket sealant (if original gasket is missing or damaged)
Instructions:
  1. Gain access to the mirror mounting area from inside the door by removing the door panel or access cover.
  2. Support the mirror from the outside to prevent it from falling once fasteners are removed.
  3. Remove the mounting nuts or bolts that secure the old mirror and carefully pull the old mirror assembly away.
  4. Clean the mounting surface, removing old gasket material, dirt, and corrosion. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
  5. Place the new gasket (or apply sealant if required) on the mounting surface, align the new mirror studs with the holes, and position the mirror assembly.
  6. Thread the mounting nuts onto the studs and hand-tighten to hold the mirror in place, then tighten evenly with a ratchet or wrench until snug. Do not overtighten to avoid distorting the door skin.
  7. Adjust the mirror glass for proper rear visibility and verify range of motion.
  8. Reinstall the interior access cover or door panel and check the exterior seal for gaps or leaks.
