This right-hand door shell is designed for 1966-1967 Ford Bronco models. The door shell forms the primary outer structure of the door assembly, providing the foundation for installation of internal components such as window regulators, latch mechanisms, glass, and exterior trim. Manufactured to factory-style specifications, this shell serves as an OEM-style replacement for rusted, damaged, or heavily modified original doors during early Bronco body repair or restoration.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
