This firewall panel is designed for 1948-1952 Ford F1, F2, and F3 pickup trucks. Positioned between the engine compartment and the cab interior, the firewall forms a structural barrier that separates the engine bay from the passenger compartment while providing mounting locations for various components including the steering column, pedals, wiring pass-throughs, and heater system. Manufactured to factory-style specifications, this panel serves as an OEM-style replacement for rusted, damaged, or modified original firewalls during classic Ford truck cab restoration or major body repair.

Our panels are made from proper gauge steel and include all correct-as-original clips, tabs, flanges, bends and seams. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
