This firewall kit is designed for 1966-1977 Ford Bronco models. The seven-piece set includes the sheet metal panels required to repair or replace sections of the firewall that separate the engine compartment from the cab interior. These panels restore the structural integrity of the firewall while providing the correct mounting surfaces for components such as the steering column, pedals, wiring pass-throughs, and heater system. Manufactured to factory-style specifications, this kit serves as an OEM-style replacement for rusted or damaged firewall areas during early Bronco body repair or restoration.

Our panels are made from proper gauge steel and include all correct-as-original clips, tabs, flanges, bends and seams. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
