This windshield header repair kit is designed for 1969-1972 Chevrolet and GMC C/K Blazer and Jimmy models. The five-piece kit provides the sheet metal components required to repair the windshield header area above the windshield opening, a common corrosion area on removable top utility models. Manufactured to factory-style specifications, these panels restore the structural integrity and mounting surface for the windshield frame and weatherstrip during body repair or classic truck restoration. Suitable for Chevrolet K5 Blazer and GMC Jimmy C/K platform models within the 1969-1972 model years.

Our panels are made from proper gauge steel and include all correct-as-original clips, tabs, flanges, bends and seams. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
