Direct-fit front lower right quarter panel for 2007–2014 Suburban, Yukon XL, Avalanche and Escalade ESV models. Designed to replace corroded, dented or collision-damaged sheetmetal, this panel restores structural integrity, door and fender alignment, and factory body lines. Fabricated from heavy-gauge steel and finished with a corrosion-resistant treatment, it provides long-lasting durability and a reliable base for weld-in installation, seam sealing, and paint. Ideal for restoration projects and professional repairs, the panel is engineered for precision fitment to reduce fabrication time and ensure consistent gaps and alignment.
Features:
  • Fitment: 2007–2014 Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, Chevrolet Avalanche, and Cadillac Escalade ESV — front lower right quarter panel
  • Heavy-gauge steel construction for strength and long-term durability
  • Corrosion-resistant treatment to protect against rust prior to final finishing
  • Factory-style flanges and contours for an OEM-like fit and alignment
  • Designed for weld-in installation; restores structural integrity and body lines
  • Ideal for restoration and collision repair applications; reduces fabrication time
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 4/5
  • Estimated time: 3–6 hours (professional); up to a full day for experienced DIYers
Suggested Tools:
  • Angle grinder with cut-off and grinding discs
  • Spot-weld cutter or drill
  • MIG welder (or compatible welding equipment)
  • Welding clamps and magnets
  • Hammer and dolly set
  • Measuring tape and marker
  • Rust inhibitor / metal prep solvent
  • Seam sealer
  • Automotive primer and paint
  • Safety gear (welding helmet, gloves, respirator, eye protection)
Instructions:
  1. Disconnect the battery and remove any trim, lights, or components that obstruct access to the damaged panel.
  2. Measure and mark the repair area, preserving as much original material as possible while allowing for a clean, solid weld surface.
  3. Use a spot-weld cutter or drill to remove factory spot welds, then cut out the damaged section with an angle grinder or cut-off tool.
  4. Prepare mating surfaces by cleaning to bare metal; remove rust, paint, and debris and treat with a metal prep solvent.
  5. Test-fit the replacement panel and trim or adjust as necessary to achieve correct gaps and alignment with adjacent panels.
  6. Clamp the panel in place and secure with plug welds or stitch welds to the factory flange and structure; avoid excessive heat build-up.
  7. Grind welds smooth and use hammer/dolly work to refine contours for a seamless transition to surrounding sheetmetal.
  8. Apply seam sealer to welded joints, coat exposed metal with primer or corrosion inhibitor, and perform final surface prep for paint.
  9. Prime, block, and paint the repaired area to match the vehicle, then reinstall any removed trim, lights, and components.
  10. Inspect the repair for fitment, finish, and corrosion protection; allow proper cure time before returning the vehicle to service.
