The Dash Speaker Bracket Set is an OE-style interior audio mounting solution designed for 1981–1991 Chevy GMC Squarebody C/K pickup trucks and 1981–1991 Blazer, Jimmy, and Suburban Squarebody models. These brackets mount at the far outer corners of the dash frame, just below the dash pad, and retain the factory 3 1/2-inch speakers commonly referred to as the dash corner speakers.
Over time, original dash speaker brackets are frequently missing, bent, or damaged due to stereo upgrades or dash repairs. Replacing them restores the correct factory mounting structure and allows proper retention of the original speaker size and placement used in late Squarebody interiors.
Manufactured as OE-style reproductions, these brackets match original factory dimensions, mounting hole locations, and attachment points on the dash frame. Accurate fit ensures proper alignment with the dash pad and speaker openings while maintaining the original interior layout.
This set replaces GM part numbers 14023021 and 14023022 and is designed to secure the factory 3 1/2-inch speaker (original GM speaker reference 16040931, not included). Ideal for restoration projects, stereo refreshes, or returning modified dashboards to stock configuration, these brackets restore the correct structural support for the corner dash speaker locations.
