The Precision Complete Vent Assembly (Right Hand, Green — CVA 1110 81 RH GTN) is a direct-fit right-side dashboard vent designed to restore proper airflow and interior appearance. Engineered from high-impact thermoplastic, this complete assembly secures into the dash opening to align and hold ducting, reduce rattles, and deliver reliable air direction. Its precise dimensions and finish make it suitable for restoration or replacement projects where original-style fit and color match are required. Durable, easy to install, and built for long service life, this vent helps maintain cabin comfort while restoring OEM look and function.
Features:
- Right-hand orientation; green finish matches original-style interiors.
- Made from high-impact thermoplastic for durability and long-term resilience.
- Complete assembly — includes bezel and internal louvers for a plug-and-play replacement.
- Secures and aligns ducting to restore proper airflow and reduce vibration or rattling.
- OEM-style fit and finish for interior restoration and maintenance projects.
- Simple install with common hand tools; designed for reliable, repeatable alignment.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 20-40 minutes
Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface and ensure HVAC controls are off.
- Use a plastic trim removal tool to carefully pry away the surrounding trim panel to expose the vent mounting screws — work slowly to avoid damaging clips or surrounding trim.
- Remove any visible screws securing the vent assembly with the appropriate screwdriver or socket.
- Gently pull the old vent assembly out of the dash. If present, disconnect any linkage, vacuum hoses, or electrical connectors from the vent before full removal.
- Inspect the opening and clean any dirt or debris with a clean cloth. Check mounting points and clips for damage and repair as needed.
- Align the new CVA 1110 81 RH GTN vent assembly with the dash opening, ensuring louvers and mounting tabs seat correctly into place.
- Reconnect any linkages, hoses, or electrical connectors that were disconnected earlier.
- Secure the vent with the original screws and hand-tighten to avoid stripping. Reinstall the trim panel by pressing clips back into position until they engage.
- Operate the HVAC system and cycle through vent positions to confirm proper airflow direction, function, and that there are no rattles or gaps in the fit.
