TCI's 1948-1952 Ford truck frame features main rails with an extended height from 6" to 8" for increased rigidity and clearance between upper and lower cross-members while still retaining the original profile. The redesigned center cross-member allows more room for the exhaust system to clear.
TCI's custom independent front suspension system is a no-nonsense, no-compromise performance set-up based on their own custom spindle design. The geometry is specifically engineered to maximize cornering grip, yet provide great street manners for everyday cruising. Alignment adjustments are a snap using the offset stainless steel adjusters.
The new parabolic leaf spring kit moves the leaf springs closer to the frame rail making room for wider wheel and tire packages. It also provides your vehicle with excellent strength, extreme durability, proven quality, greater flexibility, and better fuel mileage with less vehicle weight (28% weight savings) so it will not rob your classic truck of valuable performance.
