To build the best, start with the best! The best engineered chassis makes it much easier to build the strongest and safest street rod possible. TCI's 1948-1952 Ford truck frame features main rails with an extended height from 6" to 8" for increased rigidity and clearance between upper and lower cross-members while still retaining the original profile. The redesigned center cross-member allows more room for the exhaust system to clear.

TCI's custom independent front suspension system is a no-nonsense, no-compromise performance set-up based on their own custom spindle design. The geometry is specifically engineered to maximize cornering grip, yet provide great street manners for everyday cruising. Alignment adjustments are a snap using the offset stainless steel adjusters.

The new parabolic leaf spring kit moves the leaf springs closer to the frame rail making room for wider wheel and tire packages. It also provides your vehicle with excellent strength, extreme durability, proven quality, greater flexibility, and better fuel mileage with less vehicle weight (28% weight savings) so it will not rob your classic truck of valuable performance.

Just like all TCI Engineering products, the chassis comes with a limited lifetime warranty and all parts are proudly made in the USA! This complete chassis has been engineered for strength, safety, performance, drivability, and rideability; talk about a solid foundation to build off of!
