Instructions:
- Open and securely support the liftgate to prevent movement during installation.
- Locate the existing bumper(s) on the liftgate and note the attachment method (snap-in tabs or fasteners).
- If fastened, remove mounting screws or bolts with the appropriate socket or screwdriver and retain hardware if reusing.
- Carefully pry out or pull off the old bumper(s). Use a trim tool to avoid scratching surrounding surfaces.
- Clean the mounting area with isopropyl alcohol to remove dirt, grease, and old adhesive residues; allow to dry.
