Replacement division bar glass run channel for 1966–1977 Ford Bronco models (left or right hand, part GRB 2110 66). This channel seals and guides the vent/division window in the door, preventing wind noise, water intrusion and glass vibration while ensuring smooth window operation. Made from a durable extruded rubber compound designed to resist weathering, it’s an ideal restoration or replacement part that restores proper fitment and function.
Features:
- Fits 1966–1977 Ford Bronco (left or right hand division bar glass run, GRB 2110 66).
- Durable extruded rubber compound engineered to resist ozone, UV and weathering.
- Seals and guides the vent/division window to reduce wind noise, water leaks and rattles.
- Replaces worn or torn original channels for accurate fit and restored window operation.
- Straightforward installation; designed to slip over the division bar for a secure fit.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-60 minutes
Instructions:
- Lower the vent/division window and remove the interior door panel or access cover to reach the division bar area.
- Carefully remove any retainers or screws securing the old channel and slide the old rubber out from the division bar. Trim away stubborn remnants with a utility knife.
- Clean the division bar and surrounding channel area thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol to remove dirt, adhesive and old rubber residue.
- Apply a light coat of silicone spray or rubber lubricant to the division bar to aid installation and prevent pinching.
- Align the new glass run channel (confirm left or right hand orientation) and begin sliding it onto the division bar, working the profile fully onto the bar. Use a heat gun on low if the rubber is stiff to increase flexibility.
- Ensure the channel seats fully along the length of the bar and that the window tracks smoothly within the new channel.
- Reinstall any retainers or screws, test window operation for proper alignment and sealing, then reinstall the door panel or access cover.
