Instructions:
- Park on a level surface and lower the window slightly to access the inner beltline area.
- Protect adjacent paint with masking tape where needed.
- Carefully pry up the old molding using a plastic trim removal tool; remove any retaining clips or fasteners with needle-nose pliers.
- Clean the channel and surrounding area with rubbing alcohol to remove dirt, adhesive residue, and oils.
- Test-fit the new molding to confirm correct orientation (left or right hand) and clip alignment.
- Align the molding at one end and press firmly along the length to engage the clips. If clips are supplied separately, install them as you go.
- Wipe away any fingerprints or residue and raise the window to verify smooth operation and proper sealing.
- Inspect for gaps and re-seat any areas that did not fully engage. Replace any damaged clips as needed.
