Instructions:
- Park on a level surface and lower the window slightly if required for access.
- Protect surrounding paint with masking tape where needed.
- Remove any screws, clips or retainers holding the old beltline molding in place using a screwdriver or socket; use a trim tool to gently pry away the molding.
- If the molding is adhesive-retained, slowly pry it free and remove any old adhesive or clip remnants.
- Clean the mounting surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol to remove dirt, grease and old adhesive for proper seating.
- Test-fit the new molding (WFB 1121 92) to verify orientation and alignment for left or right outer placement.
- Align the new molding with the factory mounting holes or clips and press it into place; reinstall any screws or clips removed earlier.
- If adhesive is required, apply recommended trim adhesive per product instructions and clamp or tape the molding in position until cured.
- Operate the window and door to confirm there is no interference and that the molding is secure.
- Wipe down the molding and surrounding area to remove fingerprints or residue and perform a final visual inspection.
