Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface and roll the window up or down as needed to access channels and seals.
- Carefully remove the door panel and any interior trim necessary to access the glassruns and beltlines.
- Extract the old seals and glassruns by loosening fasteners and pulling the channels out; use a trim tool to avoid damaging metal or trim.
- Clean the mounting surfaces thoroughly with rubbing alcohol to remove old adhesive, dirt and debris; allow surfaces to dry.
- Test-fit each new piece to confirm orientation and fit before applying adhesive.
- Apply a thin bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the mounting flange or channel per adhesive instructions, then press the new seal or glassrun into place.
- Use masking tape or clamps to hold seals in position while adhesive cures (follow adhesive cure time).
- Reinstall glass if removed, verify smooth window operation and adjust glass alignment if necessary to ensure proper contact with the new runs.
- Reinstall door panel and trim; perform a final check for leaks and wind noise and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Allow adhesive to fully cure before exposing to water or heavy use (refer to adhesive manufacturer recommendations).
