This 10-piece door weatherstrip seal kit supplies complete left- and right-side glassruns, beltlines and door seals in black to restore proper window alignment and weather protection. Designed for 1967-era applications (verify exact fitment for your make and model), the kit secures glass, keeps out water and wind noise, and helps windows operate smoothly. Durable, OEM-style components resist compression set and environmental wear, making this kit ideal for restorations, repairs, and routine maintenance.
Features:
- Fits 1967-era models — verify exact fitment for your specific make and model before installation.
- Complete 10-piece kit includes left and right glassruns, beltlines and door seals in black.
- Restores window alignment and reduces wind noise and water intrusion.
- Made from durable, weather-resistant sealing materials for long-lasting performance.
- OEM-style replacement intended for restoration and repair applications; improves window operation and fit.
- Easy to install with common hand tools and trim removal tools; replacement restores factory appearance.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 60-120 minutes (complete kit, per vehicle may vary)
Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface, lower the window glass partially to access glassrun channels if needed, and disconnect the battery if working near power components.
- Remove interior door panel and any trim necessary to access old seals and beltline channels using trim tools and screwdrivers; retain fasteners and clips.
- Carefully remove the old weatherstripping, glassruns and beltline pieces; note orientation and order of parts as you remove them.
- Thoroughly clean sealing surfaces and channels with isopropyl alcohol or adhesive cleaner; remove old adhesive, dirt and debris and allow surfaces to dry.
- Test-fit each new piece in its channel to confirm correct orientation and fit before final installation.
- If required, apply a thin bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the channel per the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions; press the new seals and glassruns into place, starting at one end and working to the other.
- Reinstall any beltline or retention clips, ensuring the glass moves freely within the new glassruns; use silicone lubricant on rubber-to-glass contact surfaces to improve smooth operation.
- Reinstall the door panel and trim, secure all fasteners, and operate the window several times to verify smooth travel and proper sealing.
- Allow any adhesive to cure per product instructions (typically 24 hours) before exposing the door to heavy use or moisture.
