A direct-fit pair of hard top side weatherstrip seals designed for 1966–1977 Ford Bronco models. These right- and left-hand seals restore the original sealing surface between the hard top and body, preventing water intrusion, wind noise and reducing vibration. Made from durable, weather-resistant rubber for long service life, the seals deliver OEM-style fit and finish and are ideal for restoration or replacement projects. Includes part reference BWP 2110 66.
Features:
- Fits 1966–1977 Ford Bronco hard top side openings (right and left hand, pair).
- Durable weather-resistant rubber construction resists ozone, UV and temperature extremes.
- Replaces worn or missing seals to prevent leaks, wind noise and rattles.
- OEM-style profile for proper alignment and secure sealing against the hard top.
- Simple installation for restoration or maintenance projects — left and right included.
- Part reference BWP 2110 66 for easy identification and compatibility checks.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-60 minutes
Instructions:
- Remove the hard top or position the vehicle so you have clear access to the side seal channels.
- Carefully remove the old weatherstrip: use a trim tool or flat-head screwdriver to pry out the old seal, and an adhesive scraper or razor blade to remove remaining adhesive.
- Clean the sealing channel thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and a clean rag; ensure the surface is dry and free of debris or old adhesive.
- Test-fit the new seals (identify right and left) along the channel to confirm orientation and length. Trim ends if necessary for a precise fit.
- If adhesive is recommended for your installation, apply a thin bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the channel or the seal flange as directed by the adhesive manufacturer.
- Press the seal firmly into the channel, working along the full length to seat the flange and ensure consistent contact. Align edges and corners so the hard top seats properly.
- Use masking tape to hold the seal in place while adhesive cures (if used). Allow adhesive to set per product instructions before reinstalling the hard top or driving the vehicle.
- Reinstall the hard top (if removed) and perform a water test or road test to check for leaks and wind noise. Make any minor adjustments as needed.
