This precision-molded glass run channel is engineered for the rear gate of 1987-1996 Ford Bronco vehicles to guide, seal, and cushion the rear window. It replaces worn or cracked rubber channels to restore proper glass alignment, reduce wind noise, and prevent water intrusion. Made for longevity and a factory-like fit, the channel improves window operation and appearance while being straightforward to install for most DIYers or professional technicians.
Features:

- Premium rubber compound resists weathering, cracking, and UV damage.
- Guides and cushions the rear glass for smooth operation and correct alignment.
- Creates a watertight seal to reduce leaks and road noise.
- Direct replacement for worn or damaged factory glass run channels.
- Easy to install with basic hand tools for quick restoration or maintenance.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-60 minutes
Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground and lower the rear glass (if possible) or remove the rear gate glass per vehicle service instructions.
- Remove any trim or retainers that block access to the old glass run channel using a trim tool or screwdriver.
- Carefully pull out the old rubber channel from the glass edge or frame, taking care not to damage the glass or surrounding paint.
- Clean the glass edge and channel track thoroughly with a clean rag and a mild cleaner; remove dirt, adhesive residue, and old sealant.
- Apply a small amount of rubber lubricant or soapy water to the new channel to ease installation.
- Slide or press the new glass run channel onto the glass edge or into the frame, starting at one end and working evenly to avoid stretching or twisting the rubber.
- Reinstall the glass into the gate, ensuring the channel seats evenly and the glass aligns properly in the track.
- Reattach any trim or retainers and test the glass operation, checking for smooth movement and proper sealing against wind and water.
- If leaks or misalignment persist, adjust glass position or consult a professional for final alignment and sealing.
