Instructions:
Lower the window glass (if applicable) and remove the interior door panel and any window cranks or regulators that block access to the molding/channel.
Carefully remove the old beltline molding and glass run channel using a trim tool and pliers; retain any reusable clips or fasteners.
Clean the door flange and window channel area with rubbing alcohol to remove adhesive, dirt, and grime; allow to dry fully.
Test-fit each new channel and molding to confirm orientation (left/right) and alignment before final installation.
Apply a small amount of soapy water or silicone lubricant to the glass run channel to ease insertion of the glass and reduce binding.
Install the new glass run channel by sliding it into the door opening, aligning with factory mounting points; tap gently with a rubber mallet if needed.
Position the beltline molding over the edge, engaging any clips or retaining features; replace or secure fasteners as required.
Raise and lower the window several times to confirm smooth operation and verify that the glass seats properly against the new channel.
Trim any excess material if necessary, reinstall the interior door panel, and reattach any hardware removed during disassembly.
Perform a final check for proper fit, weather sealing, and smooth window operation; make minor adjustments if needed.
