Precision Lower Door Weatherstrip (DWP 1110 91) — a left and right pair of lower door seals engineered to restore a watertight, windproof seal at the bottom of vehicle doors. These OE-style weatherstrips are made from durable EPDM rubber to resist compression set, ozone and temperature extremes, helping prevent water intrusion, road noise and interior damage. Designed as a direct replacement for worn lower door seals — check OE part number DWP 1110 91 for exact vehicle fitment — they provide long-lasting performance, reliable sealing, and an easy upgrade during restoration or routine maintenance.

- Direct-replacement profile for accurate fit and correct door alignment.
- Supplies both driver and passenger side pieces for complete repair.
- Durable construction reduces the need for frequent replacement.
- Easy to install with basic tools; ideal for restoration or maintenance projects.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30–60 minutes
Instructions:
- Prepare the work area: park on level ground and lower the window for access. Protect interior surfaces with a towel if needed.
- Remove the old weatherstrip: gently pry out the old lower door weatherstrip using a trim tool or flat screwdriver. Remove any clips and pull out the strip from the channel.
- Clean the channel: thoroughly clean the door channel and mating surfaces with isopropyl alcohol to remove dirt, adhesive and residue. Allow to dry completely.
- Test-fit the new strip: align the new lower weatherstrip (left or right) in the channel to confirm orientation and fit. Trim excess only if necessary for a perfect fit.
- Apply adhesive (if required): apply a thin bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the channel or strip following the adhesive manufacturer's directions. Some applications are push-in and may not require glue.
- Install the weatherstrip: press the new strip into the channel, starting at one end and working toward the other. Ensure the bulb and flange seat fully and that the strip follows the door contour.
- Secure and set: use masking tape or clamps to hold the strip in place while adhesive cures (if used). Wipe away any excess adhesive immediately.
- Final check: close the door and inspect for uniform contact and proper sealing. Make minor adjustments if necessary and allow full adhesive cure before exposing to moisture.
