Instructions:
- Park on a level surface and ensure the vehicle is off and stable.
- Carefully pry off the side molding or trim piece using a plastic trim tool to expose the clip locations.
- Remove any old or broken clips from the molding or body holes with needle-nose pliers or a small screwdriver.
- Clean mounting surfaces and clip holes with a cloth and isopropyl alcohol to remove dirt, grease, or adhesive residue.
- Position the replacement clips into the molded slots on the trim or directly into the body holes, ensuring correct orientation (retention barb facing outward).
- Align the molding with the clip locations and press firmly along the trim so each clip snaps into its corresponding hole.
- Confirm each clip is fully seated and the molding sits flush against the body; press additional clips as needed.
- Re-check all installed clips and the overall fit; trim any excess or replace additional clips if the fit is not secure.
